Randy Weiss
Randy Weiss is a co-founder of ROUND2 and serves as President. Randy entered the electronics recycling industry in the early 1990s where he founded Axcess Technologies and has been known as an electronics recycling pioneer for nearly two decades.
Weiss serves as the lead executive driving the strategic vision of ROUND2 through operational leadership, market intelligence, and industry sensibilities. Additionally, Randy continues to focus on forging strategic relationships within the recycling industry itself.
Paul Adamson
Paul Adamson joined ROUND2 in March, 2006 and currently serves as Vice President, Strategic Alliances and Marketing. Paul’s eighteen-year career in the technology sector has spanned all areas of reverse logistics, with a focus on service and support, spare parts management, repair, and recycling. Paul’s career includes the successful launch of ADR, a national provider of depot repair for portable computers, including notebook PCs, tablets, and PDAs.
Adamson serves as the lead executive in the design and implementation of integrated recycling programs for Fortune 500 clients and industry partners. Additionally, Paul manages the ROUND2 marketing initiatives and drives the company’s M&A growth portfolio with a focus on: Vertical Integration, Service Offerings, and Global Support.
Peter Cox
Peter Cox joined ROUND2 in January, 2008 and currently serves as Chief Technology Officer. Peter has over fifteen years of experience in the IT Industry developing, maintaining, and innovating solutions for financial, healthcare, and technology companies such as Visa Inc., National Cancer Institute, DrKoop.com, and the Texas Lottery Commission.
Cox serves as the lead executive charged with developing IT structures to support ROUND2’s leading “low-cost-of-operations” position. Furthermore, Peter is developing the next generation IT Solution and work-flow processes that empower ROUND2’s proprietary Integrated Technology Recovery Services (ITRS).
David Butkiewicz
David Butkiewicz joined ROUND2 in October, 2005 as a founding member and currently serves as Vice President, Sales. Dave is a seasoned technology veteran with over twenty years of experience and has expertise in the areas of product service, product returns, customer service, sales, and recycling. Dave has held management positions in national product service organizations as well as 3rd Party Service Providers (3PSP) over his career.
Butkiewicz serves as the lead executive driving the Remarketing and Commodity Sales teams to maximize recovery values, mature wholesale channels, and provide a focus on ROUND2’s fast growing Business to Consumer sales channel.. Additionally, Dave works with select employees in a ROUND2 mentoring program to further develop occupational skills.
Beth Tyner
Beth Tyner joined ROUND2 in February, 2008 and currently serves as Vice President, Finance. Beth came to ROUND2 after working thirty years as a Certified Public Accountant and shareholder of Irby M. Ford & Associates, PC. Beth currently serves as a Director on the Board of Directors of Capital Credit Union and is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Tyner serves as the lead executive in monitoring the financial health of ROUND2, composing and issuing financial statements. Additionally, Beth provides leadership and direction relating to the financial mission of the organization.
Rachel Blackwood
Rachel Blackwood currently serves as Executive Director of Business Development, but has been instrumental in ROUND2’s success since 2008 in several key roles, including QEH&S and Operations. Rachel has more than 12 years of business operations experience managing and leading 3rd Party Service Providers (3PSP) within the consumer electronics and IT industries. During 2011, Blackwood led a business unit focused on client acquisition and growth in the Southwest.
Rachel serves as the lead executive in charge of implementing our strategic vision for client acquisition, development and retention. In addition, Blackwood will ensure that client facing and operational teams are working effectively to provide best in class solutions to every ROUND2 customer.
