Ian J. Bagnall - Chairman

Ian is Chairman and co-founder of ROUND2 Inc. and has been an innovator in the technology, entertainment, healthcare and finance industries for over 18 years. Ian's dedicated and focused leadership has enabled ROUND2 to exceed all corporate objectives.

Bagnall began his career with Paramount Pictures in 1990, holding positions at Paramount Interactive, Paramount's Strategic Investments Group and MTV Networks. Since 1995, Ian has served in executive capacities for several early-stage companies including Elevation Financial Corporation, Empower Trading Corporation, Source Precision Medicine, Inc., drkoop.com, Inc., iChat, Inc. and Enter Television, Inc.

Bagnall has raised venture and private equity funding on multiple occasions, marketed and sold private companies, and was the Chief Innovation Officer of a successful NASDAQ Initial Public Offering.

Randall J. Weiss - President & CEO

Randy Weiss co-founded ROUND2 Inc. and serves as President & CEO providing operational leadership, market intelligence, and industry sensibilities.

Weiss is well known as an electronics recycling industry pioneer for nearly two decades. Weiss entered the now highly competitive industry in the early 1990s when he founded Axcess Technologies, LLP. Over twelve years, Randy grew Axcess into a $15M annual revenue company, one of the largest central-Texas firms dedicated to the handling of used and retired electronics material.

Randy's vision of a next-generation company focused on extending the usable life of electronic technologies, while maximizing the value of each client's end-of-life assets. Weiss earned a BBA degree in Finance from Southwest Texas State University in 1990.

Donald Hackett - Chief Strategy Officer

Don Hackett is the Chief Strategy Officer of ROUND2 Inc. and has over thirty years of business experience in the technology, distribution, and health industries. He has created and deployed innovative marketing strategies, business models and technology solutions delivering measurable economic returns for both stakeholders and shareholders alike.

Don has partnered with venture backed companies, managed several acquisitions and secured over $400 million dollars in funding through numerous Private Placement Offerings and three Initial Public Offerings. Hackett has worked in various capacities with companies such as Revolution Health Group, 1-800-Doctors, Inc., drkoop.com, Inc., Physician Computer Network, Inc., ComputerLand/Computer Depot and IBM.

Peter R. Cox - Chief Technology Officer

Peter Cox is the Chief Technology Officer of ROUND2 Inc. and has over fourteen years of experience in the IT industry developing, maintaining and innovating solutions for the financial, healthcare, and technology sectors. Peter is charged with enabling ROUND2 to maintain its industry leading "low-cost-of-operations" position. Peter is developing the next generation IT solution and work-flow processes that empower ROUND2's proprietary Integrated Technology Recovery Service (ITRS)

Peter began his career with TeleNetwork, Inc. in 1995 where he managed the call center operations and developed the web interface for X25.net Since 1997, Peter has been instrumental in developing Web 1.0 and security testing Web 2.0 interfaces and destination sites, including IChat, DrKoop.com, and SuperBowl.com. In between, Peter has applied his extensive knowledge to build data centers and manage security solutions with the VISA Inc, Inovant LLC, National Cancer Institute and the Texas Lottery Commission.
