Ian Bagnall is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Round2 Technologies, Inc. which he co-founded in September 2005.

Bagnall has over fifteen years of business experience and has been an innovator in the technology, entertainment, healthcare and finance industries. Bagnall began his career with Paramount Pictures in 1990, holding positions at Paramount Interactive, Paramount’s Strategic Investments Group and MTV Networks. Since 1995, Ian has served in executive capacities for several early-stage companies including Elevation Financial Corporation, Empower Trading Corporation, Source Precision Medicine, Inc., drkoop.com, Inc., iChat, Inc. and Enter Television, Inc.

Bagnall has raised venture and private equity funding on multiple occasions, marketed and sold private companies, and participated as an Officer in the corporate preparation efforts prior to a successful NASDAQ Initial Public Offering.

Randy Weiss co-founded Round2 Technologies, Inc. where he serves as President and as a member of the company’s Board of Directors.

Weiss is well known as a pioneer in the electronics scrap and recycling industry of which he has participated for nearly two decades. Weiss entered the now highly competitive industry in the early 1990s when he founded Axcess Technologies, LLP. Over the course of Randy’s twelve years where he served as General Manager, Axcess grew into a $15M company, one of the largest central-Texas firms dedicated to the handling of used and retired electronics and material.

In 2005, Randy departed Axcess in order to pursue his vision of a next-generation company focused on extending the usable life of all technologies, while maximizing the value of end-of-life, commodity-rich materials.

Weiss earned a BBA degree in Finance from Southwest Texas State University in 1990.

Donald Hackett is the Chief Strategy Officer and is a member of the Board of Directors of Round2 Technologies, Inc.

Hackett brings to the table three decades of experience in the technology, distribution, and health industries, beginning with IBM in the late 70s and continuing through the creation of numerous profitable public and private businesses such as drkoop.com and Computer Depot. Hackett has partnered with venture-backed companies, managed multiple acquisitions, and secured over $400 million dollars in various IPOs.

Cox's thirteen-year career in the technology sector has spanned all areas of support, development, engineering and security for companies including VISA Inc.

Jacob Bernal is the VP of Warehouse Operations at Round2 Technologies, Inc.

Bernal’s ten years of experience in warehouse management began at Axcess Technologies, a central-Texas firm dedicated to the handling of used and retired electronics and material. His expertise in state-of-the-art warehouse management strategies and methodologies encompass all aspects of receiving, processing, recycling and outbound processes. Jacob joined Round2 Technologies in 2005 as a founding employee and now oversees the Austin and Dallas warehouse operations.

Lynn Desselle joined Round2 Technologies, Inc. in 2005 as Vice President of Sales to provide direction to the Round2 Remarketing Team.

Desselle is known throughout the computer distribution and resale market, having participated in various capacities for over two decades. Desselle entered the industry in the late 80’s with Entertainment Marketing as a Wholesale Products Sales Manager. Over the course of his 20 year career, Lynn has lead sales teams at BSM, Bass Computers, Axcess Technologies, and now Round2 Technologies. At Bass Computer, Lynn was directly responsible for growing the company to national prominence as a reseller of computer systems, parts, and accessories.

In 2005, Lynn departed Axcess in order to pursue his shared vision of a next-generation company focused on extending the usable life of all technologies, while maximizing the value of end-of-life, commodity-rich materials. In its second full year of operations, Round2’s Remarketing Team employs 7 industry professionals focused on product segments ranging from PCs and Consumer Electronics to Industrial equipment.

Desselle attended the University of Southwest Louisiana with a focus on Industrial Technology

David Butkiewicz joined Round2 Technologies, Inc. in 2005 as Director of Operations for our Austin, TX facility during the crucial formation and growth phase. Since that time, David has taken on additional challenges, including Business Development Manager and General Manager for our expanding Dallas-area operation.

Butkiewicz’s career spans 22 years of computer and consumer electronics service, support and operations. David entered the product service industry in the mid 80’s with Montgomery Wards. Following Montgomery Wards, David held strategic and tactical leadership roles with influential companies in the consumer rental and asset recovery / disposition markets.

In 2005, David joined Round2 in order to utilize his knowledge of consumer electronics to demonstrate the viability of revenue based recycling to Fortune 1000 retailers and e-tailers. David creates programs that reduce waste streams and realize hidden returns within these cost-centric industries.

Butkiewicz attended Ohio State University with a focus on Mechanical Engineering.

Paul Adamson serves as Director, Strategic Relations at Round2 Technologies, Inc.

Adamson's sixteen years of experience includes executive and management positions in business development, operations, reverse logistics, and global sales and marketing at Fortune 500 companies such as Radio Shack, as well as the founding of two successful reverse-logistics startup companies, MMP Technologies and Austin Digital Remarketing, both national providers of reverse logistics services for the consumer electronics and pc markets.
