Tuesday, July 15, the Duncanville Chamber of Commerce and Round2 Technologies will host an electronics recycling event from 8:00am to 5:00pm

GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas/Round2/July 7, 2008 --- On Tuesday, July 15, the Duncanville Chamber of Commerce and Round2 Technologies, Inc. are hosting an electronics recycling event from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This Duncanville Chamber event is the perfect way to empty closets or corporate clutter of idle and end-of-life electronics without sending them to local landfills.

"This is an outstanding opportunity for our community to advance our 'green' efforts and get rid of old, unused electronics in a healthy way for the environment. The Duncanville Chamber of Commerce and Keep Duncanville Beautiful are working together to encourage companies to recycle in a program called 'Clean Company', Round2 Technologies has provided us with an opportunity to further this effort," said Sara Dedeluk, President of the Duncanville Chamber of Commerce.

The Duncanville Chamber's mission is to promote business and community prosperity through economic, civic and educational programs. This Round2 Technologies and Duncanville Chamber of Commerce collection recycling event is the first in a series of collection events to take place throughout the year. Round2 will be set up in the Duncanville Chamber parking lot all day Tuesday where volunteers will collect computers/electronics from the public as part of a community wide recycling effort.
